From installation preparation and data conversion to help desk and online diagnostics, our support service is totally committed to making your system a success. Our expertise ranges from networks to PAYE and we have real experience of all recruiting and accounting tasks.
Your first port of call is normally the telephone help desk, staffed continuously Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am to 6pm (Friday 5pm) and from where assistance can be offered on the complete system, not only from our own software. All calls are logged, recorded (incoming) and our response time is carefully monitored, managed and where necessary, escalated to ensure prompt problem resolution.
Online support can be provided via broadband and telecoms so that our help desk is able to log-on to your system and provide direct hands-on assistance if required. Our software includes the facility to download support documents and immediate software updates.
Annual software maintenance contracts ensure you continue to receive the support you deserve. Support can be contacted from wherever you are in the country on 0845 1300 333 (calls to our 0845 numbers will cost 3 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge) or you can contact our support team by e-mail.
One of the key elements of ensuring efficient and high levels of technical support to our customers is staff (and hence knowledge) retention.
Oxford Software are pleased to say that all support staff have many years of experience working within the support area (some as many as 25 years) and are therefore extremely knowledgeable on not only our own products but also on the many installed operating environments.
Regular training on our own products, operating systems, network environments and support tools ensures that all of our support staff keep up to date with the latest technologies.
