Initial training is an intrinsic part of our comprehensive installation process. Onsite courses are a popular way of training many staff at the same time.  In addition to the standard courses for consultants and payroll personnel, we also provide training for the administrator to learn about the advanced aspects of Aspire, Tempaid or iTempaid.
We can offer tailored training days to suit your company requirements, whether you need a refresher course, new staff trained or focus on certain elements of a system - End of Year, Pensions, HMRC statutory processes etc. Our training courses can be performed onsite at your premises or in our purpose built training room here in Oxford.
As an Oxford Software customer you can be notified of regular scheduled courses that help to reduce training costs and ensure an interruption-free environment as they are all held in our own training room.

From installation preparation and data conversion to help desk and online diagnostics, our support service is totally committed to making your system a success. Our expertise ranges from networks to PAYE and we have real experience of all recruiting and accounting tasks.

Your first port of call is normally the telephone help desk, staffed continuously Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am to 6pm (Friday 5pm) and from where assistance can be offered on the complete system, not only from our own software.  All calls are logged, recorded (incoming) and our response time is carefully monitored, managed and where necessary, escalated to ensure prompt problem resolution.

Online support can be provided via broadband and telecoms so that our help desk is able to log-on to your system and  provide direct hands-on assistance if required. Our software includes the facility to download support documents and immediate software updates.
Annual software maintenance contracts ensure you continue to receive the support you deserve.  Support can be contacted  from wherever you are in the country on 0845 1300 333 (calls to our 0845 numbers will cost 3 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge) or you can contact our support team by e-mail.
